Scott Perkins

I’m Scott Perkins, a real estate professional with 30 years of experience across residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and land investments. My career began in construction and family real estate, and after graduating from Chico State in 1995, I built my own investment portfolio and managed projects for Teichert Construction, Beazer Homes, and Dunmore Communities. I later founded The PLM Group, Oro Lake Constructors, and Perkins Realty, providing consulting, construction, and real estate services.

Deeply involved in my community, I’ve served as GM for a local parks district and managed tens of thousands of acres of PG&E watershed and hydro lands. With expertise in engineering, construction, and land management, I evaluate investments with insight and clarity. Real estate has been my lifelong passion, and I bring decades of hands-on experience to every project and opportunity.
